Challenge:
To develop a one-day workshop to provide an introduction to Asset Management and PAS55 for a multi-sector, international audience in Kuala Lumpur.
Solution:
A workshop was designed to highlight and challenge key issues in Asset Management for infrastructure organisations. An introduction to PAS 55 provided solutions to many elements of the issues.
Results:
The workshop was successfully delivered to around 50 participants from South East Asia, Southern Asia and the Middle East in February 2011.
Feedback suggested that an effective introduction to the subject had been provided that successfully challenged current paradigms.
