Asset Management and ISO 55000 Training

Challenge:

A number of organisations (14) across 5 industries in Malaysia, including the electricity industry regulator, sought an introductory asset management training course.

Solution:

eAM ran several two-day training courses – ISO 55000 and Asset Management.

The training course explored two key areas:

1. how ISO 55000 can be used to develop an AM Programme, and
2. how effective Asset Management is as the route to developing and sustaining operational excellence.

The training course covered the fundamentals of ISO 55000 and the issues that surround implementation and compliance.

Results:

Each course was attended by over 30 delegates. Delegate feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
