Asset Management in a Constrained Economy

2 June 2016 – Thom Kemp

In just under three weeks, the annual IAM conference will take place in Edinburgh.

I will be presenting with my colleague Grahame Fogel on the topic of ‘asset management in a constrained economy’.

Come along and hear what we have to say about establishing a maturity baseline, how to move on from disconnected operational excellence initiatives to strategic and integrated asset management, and how to measure the returns to enhance stakeholder value when capital is scarce.

We will be presenting as Discursive – a recently formed joint venture between eAsset Management Ltd. of the UK, and Gaussian Engineering of South Africa.

Together we represent a wealth of infrastructure and engineering asset management experience, offering consulting services to blue chip clients worldwide.

We look forward to meeting with you all in Edinburgh.
