These terms are the terms of use for making a Contribution to the online Forum, which is included as part of your user account.
These terms apply to all Contributions made by you and any Contribution made by you to the Forum means that you accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained herein.
Making a Contribution
Before making a Contribution, you must hold a user account on the eAsset Management website and agree to the terms and conditions for holding an account.
Content standards
These Content Standards apply to each part of a Contribution as well as its whole. eAsset Management Limited will determine, at its discretion, whether a Contribution complies with these Content Standards.
All Contributions must:
- Be relevant and appropriate to the subject of the online network
- Not breach any legal duty owed by you to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
- Not impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
- Be accurate (where it states facts).
- Be genuinely held (where it states opinions).
- Comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.
- Not be defamatory of any person, company or firm.
- Not be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- Not be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- Not give the impression that the Contribution emanates from eAsset Management Limited if this is not the case.
Breach of these terms
When eAsset Management Limited considers that a breach of these terms has occurred, it may, at its discretion, take such action as it deems appropriate. Failure to comply with these terms may result in eAsset Management Limited taking all or any of the following actions (depending on the nature and seriousness of the breach):
- Delete the contribution from the Forum group;
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Forum;
- Issue of a warning to you;
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as eAsset Management Limited feels is necessary or as required by law;
eAsset Management Limited excludes liability for all action it may take in response to breaches of these terms. The actions described above are not limited, and eAsset Management Limited may take any other action it deems appropriate.
Changes to these terms
eAsset Management Limited may revise these terms at any time. You are expected to check this page each time you intend to make a Contribution to ensure that you are complying with these terms.
